Buddha
Buddha was born in Lumbini on 563 BCE, which falls in the modern Nepal. Buddha was the enlightened one. He had invented the path to eliminate the dukha, which is called Bodhi Marga. The bodhi path leads to get enlightened as Buddha.
Bodhi
Bodhi is the purified citta. The regular practice leads to generate the bodhi citta. Buddha had prescribed several practices to generate bodhi citta. The one of the effective way of being Bodhi is taking support of Dhyana. The Dhyana masters suggest to lay-practitioners to take help of auspicious signs and symbols to help one to be familiar and closer to bodhi practice effectively.
